Wasatch Transportation has part-time positions perfect for retirees, mothers, students, and the hearing impaired, driving for special needs children (hearing/sight) to and from school every day. Wasatch Transportation provides transportation for students attending the Utah Schools for the Deaf and Blind.
There is no experience needed. We will train you for the position.
Drivers will not be required to operate a vehicle any larger than a ten passenger van. The van is kept at your place of residence. No commuting to start your day. Just walk out your front door, and you are on the road.
There will be a gas card to use for the van and a cellular phone to use supplied by Wasatch Transportation.
A standard day consists of a morning 2-2.5 hour shift and another in the afternoon. The morning may be a simple at 7-9 and the afternoon 3-5 pm.
Start and end times may verify by small amounts based upon the age of the students driven.
You will be working Monday - Friday NO weekends! When the students are off with school breaks, you are as well.
All drivers must be at least 21 years old, pass a drug test, multi-state background check, and have a motor vehicle report ran all taken care of by the company.
