Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of bathrooms.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools with proper manual handling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care methods.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide personalized service.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, chemical handling, and equipment use to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies, managing time efficiently across multiple properties, and ensuring all tasks are completed promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks across multiple residences or properties.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs.
- Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus.

Pay: $12.77 - $26.49 per hour
