Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Waxing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair removal techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Waxing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality waxing services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients.
Duties
- Perform body waxing services, including but not limited to legs, arms, underarms, and Brazilians.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
- Utilize salon software, such as Fresha, to manage appointments and client records efficiently.
- Educate clients on post-wax care and recommend appropriate products for skin maintenance.
- Assist with retail sales of waxing aftercare products to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in esthetics.
- Proficiency in body waxing techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
