- Improve patient independence in daily living and functional tasks
- Provide therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment training
- Perform home and environmental assessments
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
- Professional liability insurance
