Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Bilingual Kindergarten through 3rd Grade Teacher (Maestra K-3 Bilingu) to join our vibrant educational community. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for bilingual early childhood education.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning, creativity, and positive behavior management.
- Incorporate diverse teaching methods including literacy education, math instruction, and hands-on activities to meet varied learning styles.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparations.
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs or those requiring early intervention services.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
Skills
- Proven classroom experience working with children in grades K-3 within bilingual or multicultural settings.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; ability to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience working with children with special education requirements.
- Ability to manage classrooms confidently while fostering a nurturing environment conducive to learning and social-emotional growth.
- Strong writing skills for documenting student progress and preparing reports; detail-oriented with proofreading abilities.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood education; capable of tutoring students for academic success.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
