Our client is looking to bring on a 1st and 2nd shift Machine Operator. You will be provided training.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate polishing and deburring machines.
- Maintain detailed records of machine operations, production output, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with materials handling, tooling setup, packaging processes, and basic fabrication tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and manufacturing best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Requirements
- Trade school or Technical school experience.
- 1+ year working in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to machine operation and manufacturing environments.
- Experience with troubleshooting industrial machinery and performing basic repairs or adjustments as needed.
- Ability to read production documents accurately and interpret complex technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with grinding, deburring or polishing would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
1st and 2nd shift are open.
This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
