We are looking for an experienced Thread Roll Operator with expertise in aerospace fasteners, precision blueprint reading, machine setup, and quality inspection using advanced measuring equipment.
Hours: 1st shift and 2nd shift available
Days: Monday-Friday
Job Requirements:

Set up and operate thread rolling machines, including automatic and hand-fed equipment.

Read and interpret process instructions, blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.

Perform in-process and final inspections using measuring tools such as micrometers, comparators, microscopes, thread gauges, and tri-rolls.

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.

Verify dimensions and thread specifications to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process deviations.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
Qualifications

5+ years of thread rolling experience preferred.

Experience in aerospace fastener manufacturing is highly desirable.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
