Small long term care facility currently undergoing remodel. Immediately hiring for a maintenance assistant to handle specific remodel assignments along with other facility daily needs. Self-starter, ability to follow instruction, do minor plumbing, simple electrical repair, tile repair, maintain facility grounds, painting, etc REQUIRED. Knowledge of state and federal maintenance regulations to maintain survey compliance helpful, with good communication skills. Every other week-end on call schedule. Must be able to pass a back check prior to employment according to state regulatory guidelines. Serious inquiries only.
