Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot photo booth equipment efficiently during events to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist guests with using the photo booth features, providing clear instructions and friendly support. (As Needed)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the photo booth area before, during, and after events.
- Manage guest interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat engagement.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including manual handling of equipment and outdoor work safety measures.
- Collaborate with event staff to coordinate setup times, breakdowns, and special requests for guests or clients.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests of all ages enthusiastically.
- Experience in events management or working at event venues is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally when resolving guest concerns or technical issues.
- Knowledge of safety protocols including manual handling, heavy lifting, and outdoor work safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking or guiding guests through photo booth features.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry equipment to/from vehicle
- Must have access to transportation
- Must have a valid New Jersey driver's license
- Willing to drive up to 50 miles to event locations
