We are seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for the 2026–2027 school year to support a K–12 caseload in Medford, OR. This is a flexible opportunity offering both in-person and virtual options, making it ideal for professionals looking to tailor their work environment while making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.
Position Details:
Location: Medford, OR
School Year: August 21, 2026 – June 4, 2027
Setting: In-person or virtual
Caseload: K–12
Hourly Rate: $42+ (with benefits available)
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction and support to students with visual impairments
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
Conduct assessments and track student progress
Adapt materials and learning environments to meet student needs
Qualifications:
Active Oregon TVI Certification/Licensure required
Experience working with K–12 students preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a virtual or in-person setting
