Job Title: Transaction Support Associate
Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (MT)
Contract Duration: Through September 2026, with potential for extension
Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $20-$20/hr DOE
Position Overview
Join a fast-paced real estate operations team where your attention to detail helps keep transactions moving from contract to closing. In this role, you'll partner with title companies, escrow teams, HOAs, and internal stakeholders to ensure every transaction is accurate, compliant, and on track. Key Responsibilities

Process transaction documentation, wire requests, and work orders
*
Obtain, review, and manage HOA, insurance, and property-related documents
*
Coordinate with title companies, escrow partners, and HOAs
*
Track transaction activity using Zendesk and internal systems
*
Review final closing documents for accuracy and completeness
*
Manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Qualifications
*
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*
Excellent written and verbal communication
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Preferred Qualifications
*
Experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate operations
*
Familiarity with HOA documentation and processes
*
Experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
