Key Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations with integrity and promote the Popeyes® culture

Ensure smooth shift management and excellent guest service

Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction

Train, coach, and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and fun environment

Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards

Manage inventory and oversee product production efficiently
Position Requirements

Minimum one year of management experience preferred

Must be at least 18 years old

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site restaurant setting

Eager to learn all aspects of restaurant operations

Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other flexible schedules
Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry items up to 15 pounds

Stand for extended periods while engaging with guests and team members

Operate registers and assist in product preparation as needed
