We specialize in high-turnover short-term rental (Airbnb, VRBO) cleanings, with occasional residential, move-in/move-out, and commercial jobs. Duties
- Clean and reset short-term rental properties to meet our high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Occasionally clean residential homes, move-in/move-out properties, and commercial spaces
- Follow provided cleaning checklists and task sheets for each job
- Report damages, missing items, or supply shortages to management
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper use of products
- Work independently or as part of a small team depending on the job
- Arrive on time and communicate availability and schedule updates promptly
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience (especially short-term rentals) is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
- Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right
- Able to follow directions and checklists thoroughly
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, physical environment — lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods is required
- Reliable transportation required
- A smartphone is needed for schedules, communication, and checklist access
- Must be punctual, professional, and trustworthy — you’ll often work independently in client spaces
- Must be kind and respectful
