This role is about much more than answering phones. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, coordinate our technicians, solve problems, and help ensure every job is completed successfully. What You'll Do
Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service.
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.
Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-through.
Track ongoing jobs, follow up on customer needs, estimates, parts, and outstanding tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Manage multiple software platforms, phone calls, emails, and text messages.
Work closely with technicians and office staff to keep operations running smoothly.
Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
What We're Looking For
Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
Friendly, organized, and dependable
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or office administration where managing ongoing customer relationships and follow-up was a regular part of the job
Clean driving record
