Role Summary
As a Life Insurance Agent, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most through:
- Life insurance needs assessments
- Building and maintaining a client base
- Following up to ensure clients are properly covered
- Partnering with our team for leads and support (where applicable)
- Providing great service to drive referrals and reviews
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build your book of business
- Meet and exceed sales goals through consistent activity
- Educate clients on coverage options in a clear, compliant way
- Maintain follow-up schedules to support retention and policy growth
- Cultivate customer experiences that lead to strong Google reviews
Qualifications
- Licensed in Life Insurance (TN, MS, AL, AR)
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Willingness to learn, follow process, and improve weekly
- Prior sales experience preferred (not required)
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
