Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona School Psychologist license
- Experience or interest in supporting middle school students
- Comfort with re-evaluations and familiarity with exceptional student services
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse learners
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated psychologist for a single middle school
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 student re-evaluations, with very few new referrals
- Collaborate closely with a team of psychologists—support and mentorship are built in, from orientation to ongoing supervision
- Participate in weekly group supervision and monthly department meetings
- Provide assessments, consult with educators and families, and develop strategies to support students’ academic and emotional growth
