What You'll Do
- Build relationships with customers and provide a first-class buying experience
- Respond to internet leads and showroom inquiries
- Conduct vehicle presentations and product demonstrations
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Present financing and protection options
- Follow up with prospects through calls, texts, emails, and CRM tools
- Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance objectives
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience required
- Luxury sales, retail sales, hospitality, or high-end customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- California Sales License required
- Valid driver's license required
