Audio Visual Operations Associate - Arlington Heights, IL
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operations Associate to help us with all sorts of logistics, shipping, receiving, and auditing procedures. As an operations warehouse team member, you should have a basic understanding of Audio Visual components relating to Audio & Video equipment. Additionally, you may need to perform basic setup and configuration of audio visual gear orders. You will need to be organized and efficient. A high attention to details and ability to read and interpret documents are key in this role. This individual should have excellent written, verbal and organizational skills. In this position, you will be working in a fast paced environment under stressful situations, so you should have strong endurance. Ultimately, you should be able to aid our inbound and outbound processes ensuring that orders are shipped and received on time.

Responsibilities:
- Working onsite with Operations Manager For day to day tasks
- Working with sales on product availability and shipping costs.
- Visually inspect products for damage and perform basic quality assurance checks.
- Securely pack products into containers to prepare for delivery.
- Provide detailed information about product packaging to be included in shipment documents (e.g. packing lists, asset lists, return labels & instructions, etc.).
- Assist drivers in loading and unloading deliveries.
- Receive and audit returns for inventory control and storage.
- Perform basic transportation procedures, such as loading and unloading trucks, driving forklifts to transport inventory and use of hand truck to move boxes from point-to-point.
- Maintain sufficient stock of packing materials.
- Assisting technicians with basic setup and configuration of Audio Visual Equipment
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift (1st shift)
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Requirements:
- Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have personal integrity and strong work ethic
