At Thirty Grind, our kitchen is intentionally small, which means every order is prepared fresh from scratch. We don't believe in fast food or assembly-line cooking. We carefully curate our menu, and every sandwich, toast, and plate is made to order with consistency and attention to detail.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their kitchen, and can stay organized while preparing multiple orders at once.
Pay
Hourly pay based on experience, plus tips.
Schedule
- Weekdays: 7:00 AM–12:30 PM
- Weekends: 8:00 AM–1:30 PM
- Part-time or Full-Time is negotiable depending on the applicant.
During the week, this is primarily an independent position. On weekends, you'll work alongside another cook during our busiest shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, and other menu items
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Prep ingredients for daily service
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Receive deliveries and assist with inventory
- Complete opening and closing kitchen duties
- Work efficiently while preparing multiple orders at once
- Support the front-of-house team when needed
Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience preferred
