Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bistro Attendant/ Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro area, including dining tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and preparation.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Support dietary needs of guests by providing accurate information about menu items.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet services is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Barista experience is beneficial for roles involving beverage service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

- Must be at least 21 to serve alcohol without supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must be able to work Breakfast shift starting 6AM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
