Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take and manage orders from wholesale customers.
- Monitor and control the available finished goods from Production to make sure they are distributed fairly.
- Collect order sheets from bMobile for each delivery route and accurately give out products as per the sheets.
- Make sure that products are given out in the order they were received using the "First In, First Out" (FIFO) method to stores and sales staff.
- Ensure products are allocated accurately and sent out on time following the Dispatch Time schedule.
- Check carefully to confirm the accuracy of allocations before loading products onto vans with salespeople.
- Finalize order fulfillment by coordinating product loading for each route in the system.
- Other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in stock management and inventory control.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Be able to continuously bend, reach, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
- Can follow written and verbal directions and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Prolonged periods of walking.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
