Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks and menu items, enhancing their overall experience through friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS system Toast.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, utensils, glassware, and work stations in compliance with health regulations.
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods by assisting the food runners.
Skills
- Experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry preferred but not needed.
- Must be over 18.
