Position Overview:
We're hiring CDL Class A Drivers who can operate manual transmission dump trucks and mixers -- and aren't afraid to get out and work. Raking asphalt, assisting with paving, operating equipment -- that's part of the job. No "passenger seat" attitudes here. This is a get-it-done role.
What You'll Do:
- Drive + Work: Operate manual transmission (10-speed / 13-speed) trucks, then jump in with the crew
- Safety First: Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and follow DOT and company safety standards
- Grow Your Skills: We'll train the right candidate on paving, equipment operation, and more
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
- Current DOT medical card (required -- must bring to interview)
- Manual transmission experience (10-speed preferred)
- Dump truck and/or mixer experience a plus -- we'll train the right person
- Must be willing to work outside the truck -- this is not a driving-only position
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Compensation & Benefits:
- $25-$40/hr based on experience + overtime opportunities

- Paid Skills Trial: 4-hour on-site evaluation at $25/hr -- demonstrate safe truck operation and teamwork
