Essential duties and responsibilities:

Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Inform guests about the meal they will be served.

Prepareserve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service.

Serve standard menu, family style, to each assigned table. Provide additional food if requested, as it is all you can eat!

Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.

Clean the tablesection when dinner service is complete.
Qualification Requirements:

At least 18 years of age.

Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.

Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
-
Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
