ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized and design-driven Lead Designer & Project Coordinator to manage our residential flip portfolio from acquisition through final sale. This role sits at the intersection of interior design, project management, and vendor coordination — requiring someone who is equally comfortable on a job site and in a showroom.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Leadership

- Prepare complete design packages for project execution, including specifications, renderings, and vendor selections
- Develop floor plans and space reconfigurations; select all materials, finishes, fixtures, and color schemes in alignment with market trends and budget
Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with construction project managers to ensure accurate execution of design intent on-site, responding to field conditions and resolving issues in real time
- Partner with project coordinators to ensure timely ordering, delivery, and installation of all materials
- Maintain relationships with vendors, showrooms, and trades; source materials to optimize cost and lead time
Execution & Quality Control
- Track project progress, perform job site walkthroughs, and verify design compliance during construction
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality and maximizing resale value
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5+ years of experience in interior design, residential renovation, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility across a range of residential projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with design and space-planning tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Excellent vendor negotiation skills and established trade relationships
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working on-site and navigating field conditions
Pay: $62,222.66 - $74,934.82 per year
Work Location: In person
