Position: Leasing Consultant
Location: Arlington, VA
Pay: $21/hour
Experience: Previous leasing, customer service, sales, and/or marketing experience.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays, 9:00am to 5:00pm
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Greet and assist prospective residents with property tours.

Respond to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries promptly.

Explain lease terms, rental rates, property amenities, and community policies.

Process rental applications, background checks, and supporting documentation.

Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.

Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases.

Coordinate move-in and move-out processes.

Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.

Resolve resident concerns or direct issues to the appropriate team.

Assist with marketing efforts, community events, and resident retention initiatives.

Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, OneSite, AppFolio, etc.).

Understanding of Fair Housing knowledge and compliance.

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Basic financial calculations (rent, deposits, fees).

Knowledge of local landlord-tenant regulations (preferred).

Professional interpersonal and communication skills.

Organization and time management skills.

Ability to multitask, be part of a team, and work in a fast-paced environment.
