We are seeking a part-time Licensed Aesthetician/ Laser Professional who is passionate about skincare, client education, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a professional team setting. This position will start as two days a week, with Monday being one of those days.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform facial treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other non-invasive skincare procedures.
- Assist with laser, microneedling, and PRP procedures (if trained or certified).
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and customize treatment plans for each client.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room at all times.
- Follow proper sanitation and infection control standards.
- Cross-promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
- Document treatments accurately and maintain client confidentiality.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Aesthetician or Cosmetology License (required).
- Active Texas Laser Hair Removal Professional License (required).
- 3+ years of experience in a spa, salon, or med spa setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and medical-grade skincare.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Able to recommend products and services
- Confident selling, upselling and closing sales
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
- Experience with SkinBetter, Isdin, Boulevard/Jane, HydraFacial, Aerolase & Clear & Brilliant (preferred but not required).
- Social Media/ Content Creation preferred.
