We're hiring a Brand Ambassador to support promotional campaigns for one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers throughout the Burlingame area.
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent products and services directly to customers at retail locations, community events, and engaging pop-ups. This role is designed for motivated individuals who want to build communication, marketing, and sales skills while gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement and brand awareness.
Brand Ambassador Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent telecommunications products and services at retail events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
- Engage directly with customers to generate interest and create new sales opportunities
- Educate customers on available services, promotions, and technology solutions through informative sales conversations
- Support brand awareness initiatives that contribute to overall sales growth and customer acquisition
- Monitor customer interest trends and relay observations to the Brand Ambassador team that help improve customer acquisition strategies
- Participate in promotional events designed to increase customer engagement and drive sales performance
- Learn how marketing campaigns are executed, measured, and optimized to support long-term sales objectives
- Work with fellow Brand Ambassadors to maintain consistent brand messaging across different promotional campaigns and customer interactions
