Sun up, hard hat on. You arrive at the site, review the plan, and help turn dated structures into clean, build‑ready spaces. You’ll team up with experienced pros to safely take down walls, roofing, and other building elements. Throughout the day you’ll keep work areas tidy, sort recyclable materials, and make sure everyone follows safety protocols and uses PPE correctly. By day’s end, the site is organized, debris is removed, and the next construction phase can begin.

Assist with safe demolition of buildings, walls, flooring, roofing, and other components using hand and power tools

Clear debris and recyclable materials from job sites in line with safety guidelines

Help disassemble fixtures—cabinets, doors, windows—and basic electrical/plumbing elements under supervision

Maintain a clean, orderly work zone to maximize safety and efficiency

Consistently follow safety rules and wear appropriate PPE

Hands-on experience in demolition, general construction, or related labor

Comfort with hand tools (sledgehammers, crowbars, chisels, hammers); preferred skill with power tools (drills, saws)

Solid grasp of construction safety best practices and PPE use

Basic familiarity with building systems: electrical wiring, plumbing, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing

High physical endurance—able to repeatedly lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varied weather for 12–14 hours per day
