About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our facility operations team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of complex mechanical systems. You will play a vital role in maximizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency through proactive maintenance, precision repairs, and skilled troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of plant equipment.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to ensure continuous production flow.

Perform precision fabrication, welding, and piping installations to support facility infrastructure upgrades.

Maintain accurate service records and inventory logs to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Adhere strictly to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and all health and safety protocols to foster a secure work environment.

Operate heavy equipment and forklifts as needed to assist in the inspection and repair of stationary and mobile assets.

Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and ensure all work meets rigorous quality and compliance benchmarks.

3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting pumps, boilers, cooling towers, and fluid dynamics systems.

Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Ability to pass a respirator fit test and maintain a clean-shaven appearance for safety compliance.

Current certification for working in confined spaces.

Advanced knowledge of distillation equipment and industrial instrumentation.

Proven ability to interpret complex technical manuals and SOPs for equipment assembly and repair.
