Responsibilities:
This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, and checking in vehicles at return.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with resolving any issues or complaints.

Note: Must be willing to work on the weekends and holidays.
