Radiant Minds ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinic team in Hinesville, GA.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Provide parent training and collaboration
- Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA services
- Maintain clinical documentation and compliance

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with Autism
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical ABA practices

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
