Competitive pay: $85,000-$100,000 based on experience

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Design, supervise, and monitor ABA programming
Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and BTs
Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and other professionals
Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standards
Advocate for meaningful outcomes that improve each client's quality of life
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
Passion for working with children and families
Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Experience providing parent training and caregiver support
Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
