Location: Snoqualmie, WA - Full-Time in-office days (Echo Glen Children’s Center)

Salary: $64,776.00 - $87,048.00 Annually
The Fiscal Analyst 4 position plays a key role in supporting the mission of the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) to protect children and strengthen families so they flourish. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient operation of business office functions at Echo Glen Children's Center, including fiscal processes, financial reporting, and administrative support services essential to daily operations. By maintaining effective financial and business practices, this position helps ensure the institution can continue providing a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for youth while supporting staff, operational needs, and overall program success.

Some of what you'll get to will do:

Oversee the financial and budgeting aspects for Echo Glen School.

Devises business and accounting methods that ensure compliance with OEM, accreditation requirements, DCYF policies and guidelines.

Ensures an effective internal control environment regarding accounting, processing incoming documents, and systems.

Chart of accounts, reconciling AFRS coding errors, creating and editing financial toolboxes.

Responsible for preparing the operation and coordinates Capital Programs budget.

Analyzes complex financial data and trends and develops recommendations and options for management.

Reconciliations of local funds accounts in the institution; assigns or performs periodic reviews and cash counts for local funds.

Prepares, submits and pays monthly sales tax reporting.

Reconciles monthly local bank account activity.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant professional experience OR Equivalent education/experience totaling six (6) years.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
-
Previously demonstrated experience in multi-system financial reconciliation.

Previously demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
