Responsibilities
- Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, power tools, and irrigation systems with precision and safety.
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure lush, well-manicured lawns and gardens..
- Follow strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities; handle pesticides responsibly and adhere to environmental regulations.
Experience
- Prior outdoor work experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems related to lawn care equipment and grounds maintenance tools.
- Familiarity with plant identification, pesticide management, and horticulture best practices.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety protocol adherence.
