- Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive outside sales efforts
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in catering or hospitality industry with a focus on account management and sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
