Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator to oversee daily order fulfillment and support overall warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient processing, accurate shipments, and smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily order fulfillment from pick/pack through shipment
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely dispatch of all orders
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocks and cycle counts
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Manage shipping platforms (Whatnot) and troubleshoot issues
- Assist in developing and improving fulfillment processes and workflows
- Train and support fulfillment staff as needed
Qualifications:
-MUST know how to fold clothes
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or e-commerce logistics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with shipping and inventory systems (Shopify, ShipStation, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve independently
-Forklift Certified is a PLUS but NOT Required
Compensation:
Based on experience

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
