As a Security Officer Patrol Detail in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, access points, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor access as directed by site policies, and support lobby and badge control processes.

Support closing and opening routines, check doors and other access points, and communicate security-related issues, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be able to provide proof of high school diploma or GED.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
