What We Offer:
- Schedule: Full time (FT), 40 hours- day shift. Five 8 hour shifts. Hours are 6:30A-3P on average, some late days required if a case is running over. Center is only open M-F. No call, no weekends, no holidays!

Department: Operating Room (OR)- Candidates must have at least 3 years of OR experience for this position. Past ASC/ leadership exp preferred.

Unit Info: Procedures range from ophthalmology, ortho, pain management & urology cases.

Day to Day:
-
The Clinical Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day OR operations — keep cases on schedule, ensure rooms and supplies are ready, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, vendor reps, SPD & Materials Management to make sure instruments, equipment, and supplies are available for each case.

Manage staffing and assignments

Lead the OR team — provide clear direction on what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and when staff can leave for the day.

Maintain clinical and regulatory readiness — audits, quality checks, preference cards, tissue/specimen logs, AAAHC readiness, and required documentation.

Jump in clinically when needed — including circulating/scrubbing and helping cover the OR after 3 p.m.

What You'll Do:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. B.S. in Nursing or related field, preferred.

Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years in a critical care or healthcare equivalent setting, required.

Prior ASC or OP suite experience with leadership responsibility, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:
-
Licensed as an RN in North Carolina, required.
-
ACLS and PALS certification, preferred.

Additional Skills Required:
-
Strong background in patient centric care; Experience with facilitating education and training; Must have the ability to complete assignments required for Medicare, TJC/AAAHC and other required organizations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD, Excel and Outlook. Experience in leadership roles; Strong ethical and moral character references; Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication.

Accuracy and attention to detail without compromise of patient care.

Additional Skills Preferred: Proficiency in PowerPoint.
