Description:
The Refrigeration Installation Foreman/Supervisor is responsible for supervising commercial refrigeration installation projects, leading crews, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
This position requires up to 100% travel throughout the service region.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise refrigeration installation crews.

Plan and assign daily work.

Interpret blueprints and specifications.

Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.

Ensure code compliance and quality.

Train and mentor technicians.

Maintain documentation.
-
Communicate with customers and project managers.
-
Support startup and commissioning.
-
Promote teamwork and accountability.

Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.

7+ years commercial refrigeration installation experience.

Leadership experience preferred.

EPA 608 Universal Certification.

Valid driver's license.
