Personal Lines Account Manager
Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency in Ravena, New York, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its growing team. For decades, the agency has provided customized insurance solutions and exceptional customer service to individuals and families throughout New York State.
The Personal Lines Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to personal insurance clients, helping them navigate their coverage needs while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and support to personal lines clients
- Prospect, network, and identify opportunities for new business growth
- Review and round out client accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on insurance coverage options
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Personal Lines Insurance License (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
