We are looking for an outgoing, dependable Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with customers.
Position Details:
Location: Lihue Airport
Pay: $20/hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental and return process
Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
Prepare and complete rental and return documents
Review rental agreements, rates, charges, and return information with customers
Answer phones and assist customers with questions
Help resolve customer service issues
Provide directions, maps, and local area information
Assist with vehicle preparation and cleanliness
Wash, vacuum, disinfect, and refuel vehicles as needed
Help maintain a clean and safe vehicle for every customer
Work as part of a team to provide an efficient customer experience
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver's license required
Clean driving record for the past 3 years
Previous customer service experience preferred/required
Must be comfortable working outdoors
Must be able to scan for extended periods
Must be able to walk, bend, and twist for extended periods
Professional appearance and communication skills
Dependable and able to work as scheduled
