Compensation
- $35 - $50 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
- Base salary guaranteed, plus commission. $67,000.00 to 96,000.00 per year

We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic with strong diagnostic abilities and hands‑on experience in general automotive repair. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with both service advisors and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including:
- Engines
- Transmissions
- Electrical systems
- Steering & suspension
- Brakes
- Air conditioning & heating
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tune‑ups, tire rotations
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Use Mitchell OnDemand for diagnostics, repair information, and estimating
- Test components and systems to ensure proper operation
- Communicate repair needs clearly and promptly to the service advisor
- Provide accurate parts and labor estimates
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Automotive Mechanic, Auto Technician, or ASE‑certified technician
- Must have current Automotive Shop Experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and repair software
