General Job Description:
The Quality Control Landscape Foreman is the first-line inspection for ensuring contractual requirements are met and management is made aware of issues.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 year landscape maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and willingness to drive
- Ability to drive and back up a 16’ trailer
Duties, Responsibilities and Other Requirements:
- Attention to detail, will be responsible for checking quality of properties
- Working with crew leads to make sure that mowing and over all experience of properties are up to the customers standard
- Work with Maintenance Manager to train crews on industry standard in mowing, pruning, edging, clean up and safety
- Dealing directly with customer and customer complaints
- Working with Maintenance/Irrigation Manager to resolve problems
- Being a team player and helping out where needed
- Reliable
- In winter, running a snow shovel crew
- In down time help in shop and cleaning the office
Beneficial Qualifications:
- Experience in sprinklers, mowing and landscaping
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience operating an ATV, MT or Skid
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
