Shift: 7PM-7AM (Every other weekend and holiday rotation required)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
- Provide critical care support, including the use of neonatal ventilators when necessary.
- Implement aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Assist in outpatient procedures and provide post-operative care in an ambulatory surgery center setting.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic health record documentation (PCC preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and compassionate in a fast-paced environment.
