We are seeking a dedicated External Custodian to join our facilities maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Perform exterior cleaning duties including sweeping, trash removal, window washing, and pressure washing to keep outdoor areas pristine.
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as mopping, dusting, and disinfecting entryways, walkways, and common areas outside the building.
- Support industrial cleaning projects by handling heavy-duty tasks like deep cleaning of loading docks or storage areas.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all custodial activities to prevent accidents or hazards.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any needs for replenishment or repairs promptly.
Experience
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred..
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and commercial cleaning standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
