Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients’ needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support rehabilitation and recovery.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
