We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Tech to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.
Hourly Pay: $22.00
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Mon-Fri (4pm-12:30am)

Cover janitorial areas as needed including cleaning of Restrooms, sinks, sweeping, mopping, restocking consumable, etc.
- Break down cardboard boxes, transport them and place them in the baller.
- Prepare a plan of action for the day/week and coordinate with Lead/Supervisor for approval
- Ability to work in a teamwork environment
- Stocking and maintaining supply rooms.
- Use of small power tools and equipment.
- Adjusting and minor repairs, including installing dispensers, and other small tasks
- Transport consumable supplies from storge to buildings usings a hand truck or the company vehicle.
- Work independently, when Lead is not onsite and or as needed.
- Ensure the familiarity with all areas of the operation within the services area/location
- Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while complying with the company’s expectations, rules and procedures
- Ability to handle hazardous and sometimes significantly unpleasant conditions
- Mop, Vacuum, Sweep, all hard surface and carpeted areas
- Dust all furniture and fixture
- Clean bathrooms removing garbage from receptacle and replenish all paper products.
- Wash sink, hardware and backsplash. Clean/polish water cooler
- Assuring the proper handling of hazardous material, correct use of uniform, safety vest, ear plugs, and safety behavior actions inside and outside the facility.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in appearance and manners towards co-workers, client and any other person within the work location.
- Monitor safety programs within your area of responsibility and communicate with Leaders and or Managers frequently to ensure compliance with all Company safety standards.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationship with, co-workers, shift coordinators, Leads, supervisors, managers, etc
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain equipment and Machines in a clean and good working order.
- Maintain all storage location clean and organized.
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred:
- Customer service experience
- 2 years of similar work experience
