Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and slicing tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to sanitation protocols
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings or styles to enhance customer options
- Support food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping distribution, and portion control
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with food handling safety practices are essential
- Experience in culinary roles within the food industry or fine dining environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and catering processes will set you apart
