SCR Collision is a family-owned, high-performance auto collision center headquartered in Hayward,California. We are the official body shop for AutoNation Hayward Toyota, Coliseum Lexus, and AutoCom Nissan — and we're just getting started. With a team of ~30 skilled professionals and a clear roadmap to 10+ locations across the region, we are building something significant. We don't just fix cars — we develop leaders.
The Opportunity
This isn't a typical sales job. You'll be on the ground floor of a growing regional collision platform, building the relationships and revenue streams that fuel our expansion. You'll have direct access to ownership, real decision-making authority, and a compensation structure that rewards performance —not just activity. Key Responsibilities
Develop new accounts: Prospect and sign fleet operators, rental car companies, insurance adjusters, dealerships, and commercial accounts in the East Bay.
Manage DRP relationships: Cultivate and deepen Direct Repair Program partnerships with insurance carriers and referral sources.
Represent SCR in the community: Attend industry events, car shows, chamber functions, and dealership visits to grow brand awareness.
Leverage dealership partnerships: Work hand-in-hand with our existing AutoNation, Coliseum Lexus, and AutoCom Nissan relationships to drive referrals.
Track & report activity: Maintain accurate pipeline data, report weekly on new leads, conversions, and referral volume.
Support location expansion: As we open new shops, you'll play a key role in establishing accounts in new markets.
What We're Looking For
Required
2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Strong relationship-building skills — you open doors and keep them open
Self-starter with high accountability and drive to exceed targets
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and follow-through
Strongly Preferred
Background in automotive, collision repair, insurance, or dealership environments
Existing relationships with fleet accounts, insurance adjusters, or service departments
Experience calling on dealerships or service managers
Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $45,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
Commission: Competitive % on new accounts and DRP referral volume — uncapped
Performance bonuses: Quarterly spiffs tied to new account activation and retention
Growth equity: Top performers who help launch new locations will be considered for minority partnership roles
